1 · With compost
Food waste in, compost back.
Treated where it is made, with cycle time depending on the model. Most run in 12–24 hours; MW15 runs in 24–48 hours. What comes out is dry compost you can use.
Two series, sized by how much you make a day and how hard it is to break down.
MW30
MW
Soft food waste, cooked or raw. From MW30 up, fish and chicken bones.
The small end of the composting series. Softer food waste and small bones; fish bones are fine. From MW30 up, chicken bone, rice dishes and noodles go in too. Sized for a kitchen, not a yard.

2 · Liquid only
Nothing solid to carry away.
Food waste goes in and leaves as a liquid, to the drain through an approved site
connection. No compost, and nothing to collect.

Water, oil and food waste, separated.
Not a composter. It goes in front of one, separating water, oil and food waste so the drain and the grease trap stay clear. It is rated by the hour, not by the day, because it handles a flow rather than a batch.
