SEPARATOR
WOF-200HR · WOF-400HR
Food waste and the oil that comes with it, taken apart from the water on the way out of the kitchen. It is plumbed into the wastewater line and bought alongside a composter, not instead of one.
Water, oil and food waste enter together and are separated as the food solids are reduced. Oil is collected separately; food solids go to an appropriate treatment route, and water uses the specified outlet. We confirm collection arrangements and emptying routines for your site.
Two models. One difference.
Same body, same footprint, same 1,400 rpm cutting blade. What separates them is how much passes through in an hour.
Both machines share the same 925 × 820 × 990 mm body.
Rated by the hour, not by the day.
WOF selection depends on the flow through the separator, including the busiest service period. The figure that picks the model is your busiest hour, not your daily total.
| Model | Capacity | Dimensions (mm) | Speed | Warranty |

A waste audit measures what actually leaves your kitchen: the solids and the oil, hour by hour. That is what decides 200 or 400 kilos an hour, and whether a separator is the machine you need at all.
