Reporters went to a wet market in Shah Alam, a central market in Sibu, a school in Kajang and a Ramadan bazaar in Petaling Jaya. They wrote what they found there.

‘Project runs throughout Ramadan to help vendors manage waste responsibly’

Twice, the story was about the founder.

Malaysia SME named “the co-founders of Mentari Alam Sdn Bhd Chelsea Chee and Mae Ooi.” Pillars featured her as MAEKO’s founder and CEO. Both publications interviewed her.

The Edge Financial Daily, in October 2014, already quotes her as chief executive officer. In 2016 Chelsea Chee won the BEST Women LED Entrepreneur Award from the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme for SMEs in Malaysia — that one is on the awards page.
