Nine named tools
PREP
The machines that go in front.
PREP does two jobs. It separates oil, water and food waste (that is the SEPARATOR), and it grinds or shreds larger material first — coconut, oyster shell, lemongrass.
A glass crusher takes glass. The husk shredder will not accept a wet green coconut. Each tool is deliberately narrow, so the machine downstream only gets what it can handle.
Whole in, smaller out.
Three steps. Only some of what comes out goes on to a composter.
Two of the nine, by name.
A grinder that reduces food waste before it reaches a composter, and a shredder built for husk.
Not shown to scale. Dry husk and shavings only: the shredder must not be fed a wet green coconut.
Each tool takes one thing.
Nine named tools, and not one of them is general-purpose. Print it and tape it above the bay, so nobody has to remember which machine takes what.

max 1 tonne/day
Choosing between LQ models. LQ150A and LQ150B are grinders. They share the LQ prefix with the OUTFLOW digesters (LQ15 to LQ500) but perform a different task.
60 kg
Storage and handling, not pre-processing. These two sit alongside the tools above, but they hold and move waste rather than reduce it.
MBM-27 / MBM-40
Organic Waste Turn Drum. A manual compost tumbler, 270 L (30 kg a day) or 400 L
(60 kg a day). Garden waste only. It is intended for garden waste, rather than the kitchen food-waste stream. Warranty two years.
FWB-24 / FWB-48 / FWB-72
Food Waste Bin Chiller. Refrigerated bin storage, 240 L per door, one to three
doors, holding waste at 4–10 °C until it is processed. R290 refrigerant, HFC-free.
Storage, not processing. Warranty two years.
Power draw, daily kWh and noise. Ask us for any model and we will send them. Each tool is rated for its own task, in units such as kilograms per hour, cubic metres per hour or bags per hour. Use the individual model’s rating when selecting equipment. CE marked — all models. Tell us what you need to process so we can recommend the right tool.
Tell us what jams, and what you carry out.
Tell us about a week of your waste: what it is, roughly how much, and what your current machine refuses. We will tell you which of these tools fits in front of it, or that you do not need one at all.
